Portfolio review · Saleem Jadallah · 2026

I run the numbers on $14B of power contracts. Then I go home and ship apps.

Fourteen years in finance, the last ten leading risk and margin reviews on GE's long-term service portfolio across the Middle East and Africa. After hours I build consumer products for the Gulf — and carry them all the way to the App Store.

Track record

The day ledger

Every quarter I close a margin review on a multi-contract portfolio: estimates at completion, percentage-of-completion revenue, risk registers, what-if scenarios. Then I explain it to people who don't have time for the spreadsheet.

After hours

The night ledger

I design, build, and ship these myself, directing AI coding agents and wiring up the infrastructure, payments, and App Store release end to end. They're how I stay close to what real customers in the Gulf actually pay for.

Also on the books
Querent — live tarot readings, retention work in progress. Hudhud — an AI travel companion that turns fuzzy moods into destinations. Tarkeeb — a car mod visualizer. Plus a Dubai restaurant menu product I parked after thirty customer conversations told me the answer.
Capabilities

Both sides of the balance sheet

I'm not a career programmer. I'm an operator who builds with AI coding agents and knows the systems a product actually runs on — which is enough to take an idea from spreadsheet to App Store without a handoff.
